And I dont mean b.b.q.ribs/ I cant sleep because all of these new ribs and bones keep waking me up. I have bones sticking out I never knew I had. I keep asking my daughters if they have these too and fortunatly they do. It is very wierd when I always had my own pillows built in lol. Do you post ops know what I mean? Cindy hit 80 today

I really know what you mean. I sit all day and it never used to be a problem until I found out that people have bones in their butts. (Who would have THUNK it??) Try a body pillow, the really long ones, that way you can roll over on to it and not feel the bed so much. You can also try a softer bed or a mattress pad. I bought one of those feather bed toppers. Gives me my cushioning back.

Cindy I totally understand what your talking about, sitting on a firm chair is not at all comfortable at all!! I love being able to find and feel that bone that is on your chest between your breast, never knew I had one....lol.... congrats on working your program!
