Cheers! Whey Protein Coolers
Bulk Barn has PVL Whey protein coolers. They are 80cals, 0 sugar and 20g protein in 600mls of water. They come in Cran'Raspberry, Peach punch and Lemon Ice Tea flavours. They're $40 per 2lb container.
A friend of mine tried the Peach punch one and said it was pretty good. I just thought it's a great alternative to the shakes, especially with summer coming.
I know someone here posted about some that you could buy online but I'm happy we can get them locally!

Myself, I always add my protein to 800ml-1 litre of water despite what the directions say. Especially if it is a product like this. Not enough water= too strong a taste for me. Also, my nutritionist says that I can count my protein drinks as part of my daily fluid intake, so I look at it as getting in my water and getting in some extra protein at the same time. Careful though, if you have a lot of fluid and don't drink it fairly soon after mixing, then the protein denaturalizes and it is no good to you. I had no idea until someone mentioned. I think within 3 hours, the protein is toast.
I liked the iced tea one. The others were too sweet for me.
I also like Nectar protein powder. I found it at Popeye's supplements (in store), and I think GNC has it too. I'm not a big fan of "milky" protein shakes. I prefer the ones that are more like juice.
