Transfer Denied

Last week, I emailed the registry office inquiring about the "official transfer approval process", I explained what had happened to me.  Friday, I received a message from Guelph informing me that they would be forwarding my file to another clinic.  The saying "The squeaky wheel gets the grease" is indeed true.
