Anyone know the number (direct line) for the APN in Ottawa?

I keep calling the main number but they are too busy to answer.  I could leave a message, but that could take a couple of days to hear back.  I start Optifast tomorrow and am supposed to talk to APN first because I have diabetes. I left a message last week, but no response yet.  Anyone got her direct line/extension number?

Hi,

Don't worry too much, just make sure you do more blood testing before and after your meals to see how the Optifast works with your meds.  I have no issues as I find it works well for glucose balance as it's low carb/slow carb digestion, I also ad benifiber to it as well.

I am diabetic too, and I use optifast when I travel for breakfast, snack and lunch, it keeps my blood sugar well balanced.
Just drink a lot of water after and make sure it's real cold , lots of ice.

Good luck Sue

13953 is Sue and 12192 is Apsen. I've gotten a live answer every one of the few times I've called.

Good luck
