Have hit yet another stall.
But clothes are getting looser, and I am walking 3.5 to 4 miles each morning
so must be gaining some muscle tissue to replace the fat.
Am up a pound from last week, despite following dietary regimen and keeping active.
This old hen just wishes the scales would start showing some weight loss.. I know, hide the scales and get on with my life.. but, I just get so darned impatient!
