Starting optifast Monday!

I am starting optifast on Monday adn am getting pre op jitters!

You will do great! I started mine this past Tues and it's fine...just the first couple days that you will feel crappy cause the sugar and carbs are coming outta your system. I felt unsteady, and had a headache and just felt blah.....but now I am feeling normal.  Good Luck!

I felt the same way, I am now on day 7 and it is not bad at all.  Best of luck to ya!

  Good Luck and you will do great!!! Jitters are normal, and the closer your surgery probably the worse they will get. When I arrived at the O.R. my flight or fight button definitely kicked in!! I wanted to rip out my IV at the last second and make a dash for outside. Good thing it was super cold that day and my 360 pound ass was hanging out!! 

Too funny Mike...i am sure my ass will hang out as well. They better give me drugs asap so I don't look like the locals in the street near st mikes.
