Surgery countdown...5 days to go & 100 pounds to lose!
Well, surgery is in five days. Optifast is going very well (although last evening as I was chugging it on my way into Bluesfest I had the odd thought that it is probably the last time I will "chug" anything!). Jumped on the scale this morning and I am at 250, which makes it an even hundred to get to goal and a pre-op loss of 53.5 pounds since December.
I got a few things to do this weekend, like mow my lawn, rearrange my furniture, etc. but other than that - I'm just ticking off the days until it is my turn!

I have to say Janet, you are one of the most motivated pre-ops I've seen! You are going to do just great!

wow 53.5lbs since December that is wonderful. This will probably be the fastest weekend you have ever experienced lol. Congrats on your weight loss so far.
