Is spicy broth ok postop?

I made some homemade chicken and veggie broth today and I think I made it too spicy. I like and can tolerate spice great now but I was wondering about the postop liquid stage. I put some hot sauce in it and I might have overdone it. How were you post-ops with spice fresh postop?

Hi there

I was told (a million years ago when I had surgery LOL) that if you can handle the spicy then it's fine. It won't hurt you
