I recently went to a conference for work. I met a lot of new people as well as saw some folks that I haven't seen since before my surgery. Everyone wanted to know my weight loss secret. 'Dedication and excercise' I told them. Anyway here is a picture. Now I do see the changes myself too. What a great feeling!

Thanks Judy. I thought the question may come up, so I had my answer ready. I do work with some judgemental people and really didn't want to explain the whole surgery thing. I didn't want to deal with the 'Surgery is the easy way out' comment or 'Why didn't you just eat less and exercise more?' This journey is anything but easy!!

Why thank you. Funny thing - I still have appx 40 pounds to get to goal and people are already saying you are finished losing right? That one I have to find a come back for....lol.
