Hi Everyone, Sorry I haven't been on in a bit. I am five months out and feeling great. I have lost over 85lbs and really seeing the difference in my Body!!!!

I don't know if other people feel this way, but I know I have lost a lot of weight. But I look in the mirror and still see that 247lbs person. I love what I am becoming, and the role model I am to my daughters. I just need to get my mind to where I am now. Thanks everyone.

I started out just a few pounds lighter and know exactly what you are feeling I am almost 2 years and still sometimes see the fat me in the beginning I used to be shocked thinking who is that skinnyy person that stole my head eventually the head catches up with the body you have sone so well in such a short time be proud
