one year today since surgery

It has been an incredible journey for me, up and downs, mostly downs and yes pun intended.  I've lost 174 lbs.  and I feel incredible.  I've had so many realizations, sometimes on a daily basis, that it keeps me excited.  The loss has really slowed down now and it's a bit tougher with all the stress in my life right now, but I'll get there.  I'm only 26 lbs to my goal and I can't wait to get there.  In the beginning there were a few who said I would never been successful - pfffft to you and you know who you are, some don't come here anymore and with that negativity, it's a good thing. 

Thanks to those of you who have supported me thru this, you know who you are too, I won't list all the names lol.
