1st appt.with personal trainer
OMG!!!
I have been putting off an appointment with a personal trainer and finally met with himfor a workout. I am so gladI did.
I am sick and tired of teh typical workouts of lifting weights adn cardio.
I sought him out becasue he does suspension training with TRX bands(using your own wieght as resistance)
I used to be fitness trainer way back in the day so I have alot of knowledge, justn ot enough drive!
He was impressed I got the numbers I did. He said I tested better than most 20 yr olds for a fitness test...yahooo
I told him after lugging around almost 300lbs I betterhave built some muscle!
So I havesigned up with him for 3 months 2x's a week andi will train 2x's a weekon my own (do able) But cant wait to see how my reacts to training.
That being said, my thighs are like jello today, and I have to steady myself on the stairs for the first few steps!! Worth every bit of pain!
