Monday Morning Weigh-In

Im still at -80lbs. No change since the end of Dec. Was really hoping for -100 before I see my GP on the 27th. This'll be my 1st appt. with him since the week after my surgery. But if it doesnt happen...it doesnt happen. Im still very happy with -80.
Decided to cut my carbs down to below 20g/day and see if that shakes things up a bit. Hoping ketosis will get the fire burning again.
ETA: No change in my measurements either so I know I'm in a STALL!!!! Ugh!

@169 I will be in the "normal BMI" range. That's 3.2 lbs to go!!!
I was in Florida for two weeks before Christmas with my parents. They took me out to several buffets and I ate more than I normallly would at home. I lost 3-4 lbs!!!! My weight wasn't moving before that. Then I basically gained it back from stress eating. (My husband lost his job).
I've upped my fibre this week. I now add 'Fibre 1' to my drinks. I'm making sure to eat at least 6 serving of vegetables (hardly ate any before) and I had at least 7 cups of fluid a day..
I feel like I'm eating more and it's great!
