I used to buy these pre-op and they gave me severe runs! I had them twice and never again.
ETA: Dont think of it as "cheating" - think of it as maybe not a good choice and a lesson learned. When I hear cheating post-op I cringe. My attitude towards food has changed so much..nothing is really off limits...there are just good choices and not-so-good choices.
Yes, fresca is pop. It's a carbonated beverage.
I agree with the idea that this is not "cheating", but it is making a "not so good choice". We should try to get away from negative verbs, and try to make things as positive and punishment free as possible. Cheating brings to mind diets. We're not dieting, we're making lifestyle changes.
