Still without a scale... sigh. I'm ok, just want to know if i'im staying on track with my weight. I'll be using my Wii, which doesn't give me an accurate weight, but does give an accurate BMI, so maybe next week i'll post the change in my BMI if i don't get my scale working, or break down and buy a new one.

339 this morning,down from 360 last monday on operation day,i have been keeping busy and i cant believe how fast its dropping,the house will be spotless top to bottom(so bored)
