optifast and weight???

OMG this is tough......I'm stoked but jesus...how do you go without other food ....eye on the prize I guess.........damn tho......I'm only 2 days in......and I have to hold myself back constantly...from takin a piece of bread....anythiing....but I'm still stoked.........I can't imagine what the last 48 hours are like when you can't even have the optifast..yikes :)

I'm the same as you - only two more days of Opti and I am hungry all the time, I have lost a total of 1 pound (grr) and can't imagine what the two days of clear fluids on Monday and Tuesday are going to be like.  At least the end is in sight and it is all for a great cause.
