weight scale

Hi everyone, How do I get the weight scale to show when I post anything..I see some people show the weight scale on the bottom of their posts..

Ok I found out how to do that but now I can't figure out how to update my weight on the tracker????

Go to Health Tracker (under My OH) and change your weight.  It automatically changes the info on your ticker.

 You still have to select a type of ticker and fish, star, whatever in widgets and tickers after you fill in your weight and goal and select if you want lbs lost or lbs to go, then you might have to click on save. sorry cant remember exactly, then F5 to refresh
