guelph post op nurses and dietitian appointment

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if in Guelph, when you go in for your post op appointment does the dietitian give you menu's and food choices..I have no sample diet to follow when I get on soft regular food..I am a bit scared to start this part of my weight loss plan..

i was scared to start the soft foods stage too - was worried i'd get something stuck or make the wrong choices.  guelph usually (or did about a year ago) give you the diet plan before surgery, it should be with the clear liquids & full liquids menu.

Hi Barb just ask the dietitian when you go cause she did give me the menus and food choices.  I just had my surgery in Feb of this year and i go back again on the 19th of june for my 2nd appointment since surgery.  You have  no worries because they are all great to talk to.  Good Luck
