Back at work this week. Working 10-6. Not a shift I mind. Takes me out of the busy rush hour traffic. Yesterday I indulged a bit too much - had pizza. And was kind of annoyed with my sister. She was eating a pastry and kept trying to make me eat some and the more I said I didnt want any, the more she kept insisting I eat it. Lord! Cant a girl say NO!

Enough ranting...

On the menu today [10m out]:

B: Protein Shake - 1 scoop protein powder, 1c. 1% milk and 1/2 frozen banana.
L: 2 Chicken Drumsticks - I'll eat these throughout the afternoon, 1/2 Yam
D: 2.5oz Meatloaf, 1/2 Yam
S: 142g. PC Greek Yogurt, 6 Large Strawberries

Simona, your sister needs a slap upside th ehead.

Is she deliberately trying to cause you harm?
Doesn't she know what you've gone through?
Repeatedly forcing pastries on you is NOT FUNNY ... what the HELL is she thinking?

Had it been me, she would've really gotten it from me ... guess you're a nicer sister than I would be.

Gaby, I think it's the "you're doing well, have a treat" mentality.  I understand it fully - I used it as an excuse to overeat all the time.  It's still a learning process for them [family] too.
