The complete weight loss surgery guide & diet program. Bought it at HRRH pharmacy. $27. It has tons of awesome recipes for all the stages and some excellent information on nutrition post surgery. Written by a Sue Ekserci, a RD and input from the head of the bariatric centre at Humber Dr. Laz Klein.

A book everyone should have.
