 Breakfast- 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup kashi go lean cereal

Snack 1- pure protein strawberry shake

Snack 2- pure protein chocolate peanut butter bar, apple

Lunch - 3/4 cup turkey and butternut casserole, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 baby carrots, 4 grape tomatoes

Snack 3 - 2 babybel light, 2 sesame ryvita crackers, oh yeah almond brownie protein bar, 15g almonds, 1 mini banana nut protein muffin

Dinner- chicken breast, 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp spaghetti sauce,  1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 sesame ryvita crackers



Totals: cals 1688, carbs 144g, fat 57g, protein 162g, 

(Yup, that's about how many calories I need to maintain my weight loss...a lot more than I expected.  And if I exercise much, I sometimes need to eat in the 2000 calorie range.)

 - all my supplements (I've switched to chewables where possible and it's been a big help)
B - 1 glass 1% lactose free milk
L - salad with shredded cheese & tbsp ranch dressing
S - light beer
D - 1 oz turkey, 1 oz squash, 1 oz scalloped potatoes, 1 oz cooked carrots, 1 oz corn
S - 1/8th of 8" pumpkin pie, lite whipped cream.  Coffee with milk & lite whipped cream.

I was at a friend's family and terrified I'd vomit.  It was a potluck so each family member had bought something, so I had a tablespoon of everything on my plate !!!  I spread it out all over the plate so it looked like more and ate very slowly.  Phew !  no vomitting.

I think the beer helped.
