B:Egg, cheddar cheese, apple

L: turkey vegetable casserole, mixed raw veggies

D: rotisserie chicken, raw veggies

There is nothing like a little more time out from surgery and the honeymood period looking like a hazy memory to face the truth that many of us battle here...food addiction is real!  Its mostly to processed foods...sugar, flour, wheat...sometimes grain
