Phone call from a bariatric surgeon from Mexico????

Weird, just received a phone call on my cell from a 619#. I didn't answer because I didn't know the number. However I did listen to the message that was left and did understand everything she was saying beside email and wls. So I called back the 1-888 # she left me. Yes I know dumb ass move. Anyways it was a lady named Rosie I looked her up via internet and to my surprise she was calling for a doctor out of Mexico. I don't remember putting my # on here, must of though. I looked back at some deleted messages and sure enough I did receive an email from them a few days ago. Has anyone else had this call or email? Actually it is from the one that has adds on this site.
