I always buy Oikos plain greek yogurt.  You can get it at any grocery store. I add in any SF stuff that I want like syrups or jam.  There will always be sugars in any yogurt as it's the natural sugar from the milk in it.  Avoid any added sugar.

I can sometimes find the plain in a 4 pack but not often.  The 4 packs are mostly the flavoured ones and high in added sugar.  I just buy the 500 gram container and put whatever I want in a smaller dish.  I also use this instead of sour cream.

I think you can get the PC yogurt in the natural in singles.. but it may vary by location... I use the Okios as well.. and just put into my small containers and take it to work.. I add s/f jam to it so i am in control of the sugars cause you are right some can be pretty high.

I also use the 0% Okios in EVERYTHING.. breakfast this week has been 1/4 cup quinoa + 1 tbsp 0% greek yogurt + 1 tsp of s/f jam + 1 tsp sweetener

I put it in chili

smoothies

anywhere I would use sour cream or yogurt so buying it in the small containers costs me 2X more

I love the Liberté! The smaller containers seem to have more sugar! I do as Tracey mentioned & add SF jam.

I have been using the Presidents Choice 0% plain and it's really yummy !

I just bought some Oikos so I will have to try it.  Also bought some at Costco in a 3 pack since my husband is now on the liquid diet lol

Costco has Kirkland brand 0% greek yogurt- you get 3- 500ml containers for about the same price as 2 -500ml containers of Liberte and the values are better on the Kirkland brand

plain 0% PC has great stats and tastes OK, their vanilla flavour I use as a treat (higher in sugar/carbs) and account for it in my daily totals (I just can't do the plain all the time, taste buds rebel).
