low carb items
I live in Kingston and am wondering where I can get low carb items, lie tortillas, and other items. Do I have to order online, or are there stores that carry these items

Tara Natural Foods
Superstore... No really... Superstore often has it tucked into the organics section.
Just asking because I use to get a fair amount of my products at Tara and I tried Sigrids and both do stock some low carb items as of the last time I was in them.
Sigrid's has a discount listed on their site for students, seniors, and military, as well as all customers first Friday of the month.
Tara will order anything organic pretty much also.
I've lived away from there for so long, but I still do go down and still do need to get certain things while I am there.
