Sleep study!!
Hey everyone, happy new year!
Well I had my sleep study done, good times had by all! Apparently I don't snore like I've been told, actually slept like a baby. No snoring hubby and restless five year old! I was very apprehensive, almost scared (36 yr old chicken I am!) to have one, if it wasn't needed. But have heard from my OH pals it was a good start for the ducks in order. Anyways got all hitched up to their equipment and slept little, but yay no sleep apnea!! Next I drove to Ottawa and had my blood work at the civic, apparently I was dehydrated, really fasting for 12hrs like I was told, but I'm getting closer to the prize! Thanks for encouraging words to go! happy Saturday everyone!!

Good for you, when I had mine done I was told I stopped breathing twice a minute. I have a Cpap machine now. Good Luck on the rest of your journey.
that is definatly good news..I "apparently" stopped breathing every minute and by all indicaations should have been a walking zombie
...nope I was never tired in the morning..104 lb weight loss threw that machine to the curb!
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!
