I am starting to have issues with bone thinning. I am 70 yrs old and 10 yrs out from surgery. It have been told to take 1500 mg of calcium a day. I am not sure our bodies can even absorb that much.

Is anyone else out there dealing with this?

Hi everyone. I have been doing the surgery list for 5 years now. I would like to stop and wondered if there is anyone who feels they can take it on?

So glad it is Friday. I do not work Fridays and am going to enjoy some down time. Going for a long walk with the dog then some housework but nothing too exhausting.

Good morning all. Looking at the weather I am really glad we decided not to go camping.

Went to ribfest for dinner last night. Really awful food. On the way home we stopped into the LCBO. For those who do not know me I am one month from my 66th
