bad gas
This is not the most pleasant topic, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and has a solution.I'm 6 weeks post op and eating regular food, only problem seems to be fouls smelling gas and fouls smelling BM, also noted colour chalky or light tan I have just started to eat yogurt again hoping it might balance my digestive tract, any other suggestions. I have gas all the time, no matter what I eat and its difficult to control it. Thanks.
Welcome to the club ;) I think we've all been there or are still there. As long as you're burning fat, its gunna be stinky :P Think of it as a blessing lol
