Hi all I was just wondering if when you submit your referral they place you at a hospital close to where you are? Do you have any say in it? Or is it just where they have room?

I believe they go by postal codes, as to which hospital they place you at.

I know there are some people who have asked for transfers to other hospitals, Once you find out where you are you can ask for a transfer.

I'm not sure if that is the case - going by postal codes. I am only about 3 km from Humber and they had me in TWH. I stayed as I didn't realize that Humber has a program until I was half way though!

you can always ask for a transfer.
