weight loss todate
Had surgery in March and am 85.3 down, I'm halfway to my goal, completely off all meds, blood pressure and no more insulin. I cant believe the change in how I feel, I have decided not to have the bi-lateral knee replacements as I have less pain in my joints anymore and I can manage the pain with Tylenol. I have developed some intolerance to milk if I have cereal first thing in the morning, I guess my stomach is too sensitive after being empty all night I used to get terrible gas and the runs, but once I have woken my stomach up and put more solid food in it, I can tolerate a glass of milk at other times of the day I have lost weight on my arms, legs,( look like a scrawney chicken), and my bust, but my abdomen and upper back and sides are sill very fatty, but soft, I can actually pinch it which I could not do before. I have gone from a 5x to a 2x and size 28-30 to a 22. I have more self-esteem now and am starting to feel pretty again. Its my birthday next week and I cant think of a better birthday present than to feel healthy. I don't regret this journey one bit I have learned so much about patience, and commitment. I am grateful I don't feel hungry and am satisfied with so much less. I finally feel I am in control of my eating, not the other way around. Happy weight loss everyone.
Congratulations!! Look at you go! :)
