Referral FOUND!!!!

I would like to start off by thanking my OH family! *hugs*

If it wasn't for your advice, direction and compassion I probably would have given up again.

Today I received a call from the Registry, yep that's right they finally called me back to let me know that they did receive my referral and have assigned me to TW which, I thought was odd since I'm five minutes away from HRRH.  The young lady on the other end told me to contact TW and ask them for a patient transfer request to HRRH under Dr Hagen since he was the referring physician and doing the revision.  So, I did.  I got voice mail and thought oh boy here we go again but to my surprise within ten minutes someone called me back to let me know the girl who handles the transfers was out of the office sick today but will contact me either tomorrow or friday on how to proceed from there.

My doctors office told me to ask them if they can push the information through as quickly as possible and confirm that it has been done since I got lost in the shuffle the first time around and now had some hiccups along the way the second time around.

I'm actually feeling excited.  Can't wait.

Great to hear your finally on the move through!! Congrats. Dr Hagen is wonderful, but I must say they all are great.
