Just s question about vitamins.   When after surgery do we need to start taking them?

As soon as you get home from the hospital. You should have them all purchased based on your centre's regimen.

Ok thanks I was just wondering as I have seen some  people say they did not start until 3 wks after their surgery and I thought that was a bit long to wait.  Val

Here in Ottawa, they told us to start as soon as we were home from the hospital. My first morning at home, I started my vitamin regime.

They told us to have everything purchased and ready to go and they gave us a list of "best options" for what to buy and where to get it. I did exactly that to maximize my opportunities and to remember to take them on schedule right away!

Good luck!
