Any tips and tricks for Optifast?

SF flavoring is your best friend. My favorite was pineapple and coconut with vanilla Optifast. Tasted like a pina colada.

Blend Blend Blend with lottsa ice... some added flavouring .. i didn't mind the vanilla personally... it might be a little rough at first... dropping down to a protein drink and broth and sugar free jello.. that's all i had 6 years ago.. but ... you get used to it... it's really not as bad as some say.. but for me it wasn't.. good luck!!
