Warmest congratulations on your 4th surgiversary Dennis - I will never forget meeting you at my first support group meeting prior to my surgery - I was so nervous but you were so warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable with my decision and part of the group - you took a lot of time with me and put me at ease and I left knowing this was one group of people I would be very proud to be associated with.

I wish you all the best life has to offer - thank you for being such a wonderful source of support, care and friendship.
