a WOW moment

Well i finally hit a 50lbs goal. i would have never thought in a million years that i would ever get this weight off and 50lbs at that! I am so grateful and happy and take each day as it comes. I am never looking back only towards the future and i want to thank you all for your non stop encouragement. I never thought i would be here at this point! And its only the beg.

Never say forever, its a matter of working the program. The day you stop paying attention to what you eat and do, becomes the day when the scale starts to move in the opposite direction.

WAHOO!  I hit my 40 pound mark yesterday!  It is amazing isn't it?  My surgery was a few weeks after yours - we seem to be on the same path!  Are you starting to recognize the loss on your body yet?  I am having SOME small glimpses - not many though - however, today was a good morning in the mirror.  Just like you - I think a big part of this journey is due to the support we get on here and at the support groups!

Keep it up - you are now inspiring others! :)
