Oops...I did it again...PICS!

My boyfriend and I  ran our third 5K yesterday.  If you remember this time last year, I was freaking out (what else is new) because it was my first 5K (at 11 mo post op)...well, we did it again this year and it was awesome.

I did pretty well considering I'm carrying 15 more pounds since last year's race...and considering I didn't run nearly as much through the winter this year as I battled some serious depression issues.  The results arent in yet, but i think I came in around the same time as last year.  My boyfriend cut 5 MINUTES off his time this year! I'm so proud of him.

LOL..no matching bandanna this year...this is me grabbing whatever running gear fits....ugh. my credit card is maxed out and i HAVE to buy new clothes for this summer.

Good for you Jen!  The ovarian CA 5K is on my list of goals to accomplish....maybe next year!

The Ovarian Cancer walk and 5K is something I've wantede to do as well!  I think that will be my major goal this year :)
