Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday

Good Morning All!! 

B: egg and cheese sandwich on english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: not sure have to pick up something
S: cheddar and crackers
D: roast beef and corn
S: protein shake

Now this is the loose plan - feeling pretty sick today so I hope I can get at least most of it in...

What's on your menu today? How did you do over the holiday weekend???

Here's my disclaimer for the week - I am 71/2 weeks pregnant and have special dietary needs now, 2000 calories, 90 grams protein and 100 grams carbs.

I am experiencing a bit of prissy pouch today so not sure what is going to be on my menu...but I'm sure I'll be taking it easy on it.

L: Smart Chili with Greek Yogurt
S: SF pudding
D:  Not sure yet - possibly meatballs with ricotta and SF spaghetti sauce OR  Sauteed squash and onions with egg beaters
