Sticking to the Basics - Tuesday
Good Morning All!!
B: egg and cheese sandwich on english muffin
S: fage and peaches
L: not sure have to pick up something
S: cheddar and crackers
D: roast beef and corn
S: protein shake
Now this is the loose plan - feeling pretty sick today so I hope I can get at least most of it in...

Here's my disclaimer for the week - I am 71/2 weeks pregnant and have special dietary needs now, 2000 calories, 90 grams protein and 100 grams carbs.
