about a week ago Heather (daughter) and I were in Walmart and I stopped and looked in the mirror and Heather said to me Mom what are you looking at and I stopped and said to her me. Well she didn't know what to say so we both smiled. There was a long period of time where you couldn't pay me to look in the mirror. To me that was my WOW moment. It actually felt good to stop and look in the mirror and just for a second I said to myself who is this looking back at me? Hey Linda thats you after all of your hard work to get to this point and all I can say is life is good.  It is so worth it. I am so glad I did this and for all of you in my life.

Isn't it crazy how we don't recognize ourselves in the mirror.  You go girl!! You deserve as much time as you need to stare in the mirror!!

I still smile when I catch my image in a mirror or a glass window. I can't get over looking so normal and so much smaller! It is a great wow moment. Savor it every chance you get!

Linda,

Pat yourself on the back because it is hard work and you did it!  Awesome to see the new person in the mirror.  I too would not look and now there are times I think who is this person too.

Keep upi the good work!
