Happy Saturday! 

Woke up with my back feeling really sore, worse than it was before I went to the chiropractor on Thursday.  I guess that's to be expected until after a few adjustments, right? or am I misunderstanding the whole process?

Anyway, today has me going to synagogue this morning.  Then afterwards, getting Siehara packed and bringing her up to my dad's for the night.  Depending on what time I get back, I may try to hit the gym for a bit.. either that and/or take a nap.  Hopefully, I'll hae time for both.

Momma's going out tonight! Karaoke at the club, maybe hit the casino for a bit before.  It'll be nice to get out!! I haven't gone out since the end of May, so I'm due!

Good Morning!!!

Well it looks like the rain will be here again...arrrggg so no outside work or planting will get done....I was so excited to see the sun yesterday too!!!!  Sigh!! But it is still better than 90 degree temps so I will take it!! LOL

Today has me heading to Phoenixville to the Produce Junction to get more fruit ..love a good fruit salad in the summer!!!!......then down to BJs to get hubby his Vitamin Water and protein mix for me....then off to food shop..... I will then hit the Gently Used Book store to donate some books and see if I can get more credit and pick up a few new titles for the summer....then home to do laundry and straighten up around the house...then I will snuggle in a read a few books if possible!!!

Good morning all! 

The graduation ceremonies were amazing!  My son won a prestigious award from his middle school and I cried as I left because my mom would have been the most proud!  (I lost her to Cancer almost two years ago!)  I got to my daughter's in time to see her walk down the aisle with her cherubic face and a huge smile spread across it!  We then had a wonderful celebration last evening with family and friends AND THE SUN!!  The best part - besides the constant, "Wow!  You look great, how do you feel?"  comments, was that the food had ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER ME!!!!  It felt great!  I was refilling things, cutting peices of things for people, and I had complete control and even had a small salad while everyone was chowing down.  The only thing that I had asked someone else to handle was scooping ice cream for the kids - I just felt that I was not up for that challenge!

Today has me heading to Reading, PA for a visit with wonderful friends, who were here last night, and then tonight to a sex toy party.....I am thinking a Father's day present will be forthcoming! :)

Tomorrow I am takingmy usband to a friend's house for a dad's day brunch and then down the shore for the day to see my FIL.  My dad is in Florida - so I will make a phone call and will be the good daughter! :)

I hope you all have a nice weekend!  Four more days of work for me - then off for the summer!  I LOVE MY JOB!!!!!

Today we are gonna run some shopping errands and go to a graduation party hopefully it will be an early night. Not much else than that

Not too much exciting going on here this weekend.  Last night I picked up my dress for the wedding and did some shopping.  Today I am getting a pedicure and my eye brows waxed...they blister every time and I needed to have them done in enough time for the blisters to go away before next Saturday.  I am also going to pick up a case of beer for my dad for fathers day...funny, but he thinks beer as a gift is the greatest thing in the world LOL  Seriously, though, what do you get a man that has everything and needs nothing??  BEER! LOL  The rest of the weekend will be spent getting the house cleaned up.  I might hit a movie tomorrow night...I have some free tickets that have to be used before July so I might as well use them.

When my dad was alive, a case of beer would have been the perfect gift for him.  Enjoy your dad.  Mine has been gone since 1977.  I miss him.

I heard someone say it here prissy pouch.... that's me.  After my first dumping syndrome the other day
it's been really hard to eat and/or keep anything down.
I just had a jello andall is well and I am sipping water constantly.

Any protein and I get real nauseous instantly.  Guess I just need to let her simmer down and take it slow.

I am still in quite a lot of pain from the internal bleed and my stomach is fading from purple to yellow, hahaha.  It's lovely.

It really is true how different our bodies are in handling this surgery.

Hang in there.  The slower you take it now, the better off you will be in the long run.  My first dumping episode was on orange juice, go figure.  I just could not handle it.  I rarely even attempt it now, and it used to be my favorite.
