What kind of bread do you eat?

I was in a stall for about 5 weeks until I had my surgery and was home and dropped 10 lbs in 5 days. Something about the shock of the surgery I think is what did it. Now don't get me grong I would LOVE to be in the 140's but I can see how it might get a little scary getting so low down there.

Hopefully some PBJs will keep you from falling much further.

Oh and I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one with an ditz for a husband.

LOL, he just doesn't pay attention to detail...bread is bread in his little world... He brought store brand PB and I love Jiff....PBJ just won't be the same...lol. I know...I am a brand ***** that is just the way I was brought up. 10 pounds in 5 days is great.
5'9 and a size 6...I love my tool.

I eat Sara Lee Whole Grain white.  I can't eat regular white bread...gives me too much gas!!  I don't care for whole wheat, but I really like the whole grain white.  Its not as "smooth" as white, but its not as "grainy" as wheat.  I've also found that rye sits well with me, my favorite rye is Marbled Rye.  I also eat the Sara Lee Whole Grain rolls and whole wheat rolls.  The rolls in whole wheat aren't too bad.  But I like them, because I don't get all bloated after eating them!  And I love to eat my hot dog or hamburger on a roll!!  It seems like no matter what I eat, I only eat 1/2 of the bread!  I seem to lose the taste for "bread" about 1/2 way through!  I guess that isn't a bad thing though!
