1. Beck Diet Solution : Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person
or there was
2.Complete Beck Diet for Life : The Five-Stage Program for Permanent Weight Loss
Which one is going to be used for the discussion group??

I still haven't found my book, but I found the workbook I bought and never used...can I still do the Beck program with that until I find the book itself?
