Wow.. only 3 weeks and already a huge difference in your face!  I remember I was about 2 months post op and picked up a good friend and had lost about 6 lbs since the 2 weeks he'd last seen me and he just stared and asked how much I had lost and when I told him he looked at me kind of amazed and said.. "I think it was all from your face"  :)  Makes all the difference!  Keep up the good work!
