Manic Monday Roll Call

Freeze a couple of water bottles - wrap them in paper towels then foil and put in a ziplock bag - put the cheese sticks in there too - that will keep everything cold and the paper towels will absorb the condendsation as they melt.

Oh it is soooooooo beautiful outside already!!! I think I may grab my book and sit outside for awhile today!!

There is not much on the agenda for me...just going to work out and then get showered and dressed, finish laundry and straighten up the house...clean the bathroom...nothing too exciting!!

so....July 6....hmmmm....nothing too exciting for me.....only heading to ISRAEL tonight.......AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!  Can't believe it is finally here!!!!!!!!  I have lastminute packing to do - get my food all ready - any thoughts on how to keep Cheese sticks comfortably refrigerated on an 11 hour flight?!?!?!  I still have to weigh my bag and be sure it isn't too heavy.  Have to go to Target and get underwear that actually doesn't fall OFF of my butt! :)  I am, "out of my skin" excited!!!!!!!  (and that's a lot as I have a TON of extra skin!)  :)  I am feeling quite silly this morning! :)

I did sleep well and finally saw "The Proposal" last night, it was cute - Some VERY funny scenes!  I loved the biting sarcasm - sounded liek some of the things that I would say! :)

I hope you all have an amazing day!  I will try to get on here over the next few weeks - however, it will probably be intermittent as I am NOT bringing my lap top to Israel and I don't know the computer set up at the hotels at which I will be staying!  Have a great few weeks and I can't wait to get back and tell you all about the magic of Israrel and how I conquered the food issues that are sure to come up! :)

 Im up.. not early but up. Kids and hubby are home. I am heading to work tikk 430. Then its home for hopefully some dinnner. and then maybe some relaxing.

My only real goal for today is to call my PCP and make an appt. I have one heck of an ear infection and I am really not sure what they can give me pregant. its killing me though.

Congrads to Norm and Mary on their marriage I wish you both lots of years of happiness.  We went down to Ventnor for the day on Saturday and Sunday celebrated my B-day and this tuesday is my one year surgerversary and what a year it has been! I am working for a pet sitting business and have 10 cats to take care of in the same house. Then I may treat myself to a pedicure and go to physical theraphy .  Hope everyone has a great day and I may just catch that movie UP.  Who is in it and what is it about?  I heard that the movie My Sister's Keeper was good but different from the book and that would kind of tick me off.

UP! is animated, but has the voice of Ed Asner as the main adult character.  He is an older gentleman who basically reminisces about life with his late wife while bonding with a little boy who came into his life as a scout trying to earn a badge.   It is called UP! because the man inflates a bunch of balloons and picks his house up off the ground and they go on an air born adventure.

Good Monday morning Norm and everyone - Norm, will add my kudos to you and Mary on a beautiful wedding and a long. happy and prosperous life together.

I had a very busy weekend at home and was almost ready to come back to work to get some rest! I rode my recumbant bike once this weekend but took 4 very long rides on my bicycle over the last two days, and combined with all the physical work around the house I think I got some good work-outs in. And not too much junk food.

Going to Curves after work tonight, then home to walk the dog and another bike ride since it looks like its going to be a beautiful day.

Good morning!  Well I obviously worked all last night...have already gotten gas in the car...mailed off a few things...stopped at the store for hubby...bought hubby coffee at wawa as to prevent another "Man-strating" day of male PMS...packed all my food for the next 2 days...paid some bills...called my perdiem job to finalize details of this months work schedule...packed a bag for jersey for the next two days....checked in on facebook....

All within 2 hours of getting out of work.  Not to bad I guess!

The only thing left is to make myself something to eat and hang with hubby.

And, yes, UP was wonderful.  Brian, Shauna and I saw it.  And of course had to go see it in 3D.  I used the word "intense" to describe portions of the movie.  I was suprised at how many details they touched on.

Speaking of good movies, Brian and I watched "Taken" yesterday - and that was AWESOME.  Of course I can be pretty naive at times...so some of it was "disturbing" to me because I don't generally think of the world as "that" way - but I know deep down it's true.  Sad.  Anyway - GREAT movie.

So...I'm headed to jersey tonight for two days of work...and then home on Wednesday morning for two days off (not bad...work 3 off 2...and that's how most of my month is this month!)
