***TGIF Roll Call***

Hi everyone,

Today I will work til 5. I will be packing and washing clothes getting ready for my move. I looked at an apartment yesterday which I really liked. It will give me the opportunity to go for walks and bike riding in a safe neighborhood. I will find out if the apartment is mine later today - wish me luck!!

TGIF!!! I think I need a vacation but have to wait til the 2nd week of August when my daughter and granddaughters arrive - can't wait!! Today is my youngest granddaughter, Paige's, 11th birthday. Can't wait to talk to her.

I'm at work 1/2 day today - have to take mom back for the 2nd part of her chemo treatment this afternoon. I hope they don't screw this up again because its hard on her having to go in there twice in one week and getting 'stuck' again and hooked up. I guess these new medicines they're giving her are in high demand and the hospital just couldn't get them in on time. After the treatment I'll take her over to her eye doctor to pick out new specs. Then to the jewelry store to drop off a ring of hers and another one of mine to be re-sized. I still have 5 or 6 left that have to re-sized - not complaining tho!!

Quiet weekend planned for us - hubby is going to the races tomorrow night with a friend - think I'll treat mom and I to some good crabcakes from Hadfields - hubby's not a huge fan so he won't miss that.

Other than that things are quiet for me right now - hope everyone has a great weekend.

Good morning everyone!!!!!!!

Well today is a quiet day at home while the hubby is at work.  Then when he gets home we will drive in to the city to see an old friend and help him with some stuff at the old house he bought from hubby's mom.

Then we will probablly grab dinner on the way back home and just hang out at the house for the night...not too exciting!! LOL 

That is pretty much it for me...I'll probablly just straighten and vaccuum and all that good stuff during the day and then read or play on the computer.

Good morning!

I have some straightening up to do and stuff like that.  The in laws are coming over this evening...so I like to make sure everything is in order and stuff like that.

Hubby made mention of possibly going to the movies today - we'll see how he's feeling.  He's still been dealing with a decent amount of pain, but it is a little better each day.

Other than that...not to much going on.  Back to work for me tomorrow as well.

Hi Everyone,

Nothing much planned for me today. Plan on taking a nap before working 3:30 to 12. Doing laundry right now and playing on the computer. I think I will get some WII fit in this morning.

Looking forward to being off tomorrow and not having anything to do. We may take the kids to the park and run around with them. This new work schedule is crazy, I love working nights but I feel like I don't get to see my family.

I had a great wow moment this morning. My seven year old was hugging me and she said, I can fit my arms all the way around you! I loved hearing that and I loved the feeling of her arms all the way around me even more!!

That's a great wow moment from your 7 year old - it does feel good to have someone be able to wrap their arms around you again - I know it did for me, too. Enjoy those hugs!!

Not too often do I get to post on here these days, but yay for Friday!  Sitting here at work and hoping that it does not get too crazy, though it appears to be quiet now, either way, I think I will get to do my summer hours today, so long as it stays the way it is now. . .  which means I get to leave here at 3:30 and get a start on the weekend, woo hoo!

I get to leave work at 3:00 today and wish I was leaving at 1:00.  LOL.  I'm headed down to Wildwood after work to join my man.  We're going fishing tomorrow if the weather holds.  I always look forward to my time down there.  I always flip into vacation mode and feel so relaxed.  My girls are staying home this weekend, so it's alone time for Bill and me.  That's always nice and special too.
