Here's what I have to eat today. It's already planned out what I am eating. Just not sure in which order other than steak will be dinner.......

M1: coffee, Kefir and a pear check
workout - running or the gym haven't decided yet 4 mile run
M2: EAS protein drink check
M3: turkey and Swiss roll ups with avocado, tomato and red onion check
M4: Greek yogurt with fiber one cereal not feeling it - skipped
M5: baked tilapia fish taco with purple cabbage, red onion and tomato lounder stuffed with crabmeat and mixed veggies
M6: CIB with milk

Today isn't as well-planned as I would like. Between the storm and the 12 hour power failure, I didn't get to go to the grocery or do some of my usual Sunday night planning, but I'm going to wing it, and I'm sure it will be okay.
Here's the tentative plan:
B- Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with 4C Lemonade, coffee
S- cottage cheese
L- ham & swiss roll-ups, SF pudding
S- fage with blueberries
D- Not sure yet. Hoping to pick up some fish at the grocery store after work.
S- Protein shake (post-workout), SF jello

S: none
L: beef and pork stir fry with veggies
S: fage and peaches
D: meatballs and about 2 tablespoons of acini de pepe (little pasta balls)
S: chocolate pudding with peanut butter and whipped cream (OMG This tastes like a Friendly's peanut butter cup sundae!!!!)
