sticking to the basics - monday!
Good Morning All!!!
I will be in Atlantic City for the next few days and while I will be checking in it will probably not be in the mornings to post the menu - whoever gets here first feel free to do so!!
B" pork roll on a sandwich round
S: fage and peaches
L: roast beef and provolone roll ups and a few crackers on the road!
S: cheese and a few crackers
D: no idea - in AC!
S: I brought puddings, yogurts, cheese sticks, crackers, oranges, peaches and fage so I have plenty of good choices!
Although I will admit - boardwalk fries with malt vinegar will make an appearance this weekend once!

I am back from vacation and would you believe I lost 3 pounds? I LOVE running on the beach - there is nothing more motivating.

M1: yogurt, fiber one and ground flaxseed skipped - I know bad me
M2: EAS protein shake done
M3: black beans, avocado and red onion salad, cherries skipped
M4: peach skipped
M5: baked chicken and fresh green beans done
M6: (if needed) CIB with milk and the peach
exercise - going to the gym - ran 3 out of 5 days on vacation and I am looking for something different
working on the water thing

Can you believe I JUST discovered I like black beans? It was one of those things that as a child I don't think I was ever exposed to...and then never felt the desire to even TRY them....so I kind of just took the little kid mantra of "I don't like them" without really knowing. But they came on a salad I had a few weeks back...and omg are they good. Your salad sounds WONDERFUL and I just might have to make it soon!
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 

Here is my plan:
B - 1 Scoop of Elite Dymatize w/ 8 oz of silk soy light
S - Decaf coffee w/ sf non dairy creamer
L - fresh garden greens w/ grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, raw red bell pepper & shredded
colby/jack cheese
S - No gluten/No salt added 100% whole wheat crackers w/ PB2
D - ? some type of protein
Consuming all vitamins and H2O for the day.
