ANYONE HAVE ANY FAIRY DUST FOR HAPPY THOUGHTS???

GOOD MORNING PA!!

JUST A WEEK AND TWO DAYS BEFORE MY FIRST APPT WITH MY SURGEON.....I AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT THAT.  THIS IS WHAT KEEPS ME GOING RIGHT NOW.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF SUPPORT GROUPS THAT HAVE THIS TYPE OF CONCENTRATION THAT I SO DESPARATELY NEED RIGHT NOW?

YOU ALL ARE SO GREAT AND SUPPORTIVE, I JUST FEEL LIKE WHEN I POUR OUT MY THOUGHTS THAT IT BRINGS YOU ALL DOWN AND THAT IS THE LAST THING I WANNA DO TO ALL OF YOU.

We have a support group starting up at the end of the month with Jena B.  I just didn't know if  anything else was available on the boards for someone that is going through a separation, divorce or that has just lost thier partner.

I have had knots in my stomach, and I can't stop crying sometimes. (this is the worst part of it is when I am at work)

I am also looking for a gym partner. Maybe this would help if I try to focus more on exercise, plus I know it does wonders for mind, body and soul.
