18 Months Post-Op, returning to Board
Hi everyone! It's been a really loooooooonnnnnnnnggg time since I've been on here...it's amazing how busy life can be when you can actually start living it. Anyway, I had my surgery 18 months ago, and it was the best decision of my life. I have lost 140 pounds, and want to lose about another 30. I have been stalled for about 5-6 months now...too many carbs. But I have gotten back on track, and am ready to work this tool again. I look forward to getting to know everyone, and get as well as give support whenever I can. Welcome back Sandi! I hear you about living life, I used to spend a lot more time in the chair in front of my computer, now I have a hard time sitting still for too long. . .
Best wishes for your continued "successing" journey!

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
