Hi all!

I heard from Kathy about a week or so ago....just kept forgetting to post it here

She wanted to let everyone know that she is doing well thus far, and appreciates all the responses she got from her "stepping back" post when she let us know she had family issues and needed to be there for her family.

Her mom was slowly improving, and they were changing around some meds and what not to see if that helped.  They also placed a filter in her moms leg to "catch" any blood clots (greenfield filter for those who are in the medical profession) so that she won't have to be on the blood thinners like they originally thought for the rest of her life - which made her mom VERY happy and Kathy, too.

I told her we of course will continue to keep her and her family in our thoughts and prayers.

Just thought I would *finally* keep everyone updated!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!
