Wednesday Exercise
I am experimenting with a new schedule that allows me to stay at my desk over lunch. It's a busy time, and I often can't get away to get to the gym, then I also often /ahem/ don't go.
So I hit up the gym this morning at 6:15, did weights til 7:15, and the elliptical til 8:15. One very quick shave and shower later, I made it to my desk at 8:30.
The getting up earlier part sucked, but I feel great right now, ready to take on the day!
So, what are you guys up to today?

I love working out first thing in the morning. (Wow - a whole SET of words I never thought I'd say... much less say together.) Anyway, it seems to set up my energy level for the whole day and I can concentrate throughout the day a lot better. Took a few days to get used to it, but now I like it a lot.
Since I did 2 workouts yesterday (morning and zumba class in the evening), I'm taking today off from formal exercise. I'll do my arm weights and stretching when I get home tonight, as usual.

I can't really pinpoint my gloominess on one thing. It a bunch of little things that are adding up to a bad mood. Most of the things I have no control of and not having control makes me freak out... a little.
